- How can I be a labourer in the rich harvest of God’s vineyard?
- My gifts come from God – how can I give back and serve His Church?
- Am I being called to serve on the PPC?
- Who else around me has gifts and a calling to serve on the PPC?
- How can I help them discover their calling? Who are the potential servant leaders in our parish?

Our needs are many – who can serve on the PPC?
Who are the people in our parish who could lead and serve for the next 3 years as servant leaders?
They may be shy and quiet and need a gentle nudge.
They may be new people with energy and ideas.
They may be long-standing parishioners who now have the time to get more involved.
They may be unlikely people – or they may be obvious choices.
We need people with many talents and qualities.
Here are just a few: open, humble, patient, hardworking, selfless, team players, outward looking, bold, compassionate, passionate about our faith, committed.
